As Featured on German Talk Show Markus Lanz - Licensed Footage (DJI Mavic 3)
In February 2023, we were approached by producers for the Markus Lanz show to feature our work on TSMC for an upcoming late night talk show. Our work at TSMC Phoenix has garnered over 50,000 total views on YouTube, representing our most popular videos.

Photogrammetry
Home Depot - 2D & 3D Models (DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise & DJI Mavic Air 2S)
Precision Aerial Solutions LLC was contracted to capture photogrammetry model data for 12 valley Home Depots using Drone Deploy capture and post-processing software. These models were then be used to create site-plans for upcoming solar installation projects.
In addition to Drone Deploy, we have experience using WebODM to process our models. This allows us to create models specific to each individual job specifications.
Site Monitoring
Construction Monitoring - (DJI Mavic 3 & DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise)
Precision Aerial Solutions LLC was subcontracted to capture recurring aerial photo and videos twice per month for 10 months to document the construction progress for a new Habitat for Humanity site in Phoenix, Arizona. At the end of the 10 month project, a video will be produced to showcase the 10 months of work.
This project includes the capture of raw photos, video, panos, and mapping data.
Commercial Real Estate
Vacant Land - Raw, Unedited Photos (DJI Mavic 3)
Precision Aerial Solutions LLC works with a reputable land broker across the state of Arizona to capture aerial photos and videos of parcels of land being bought or sold. We act as the eyes (and ears) of the broker to include the good, the bad, and the ugly, while also showcasing the neighboring properties and amenities, as well as the view. In addition to the photos and video, we also provide a one-page writeup documenting ease of access, where utilities are located, and general information about the parcel and area.
Residential Real Estate
Home Exterior & Community (DJI Mavic 3)
We were hired by the Agent to provide aerial photos of a residential home for sale. The agent wanted us to highlight the community as this is an "active adult" community, and one of the main selling points to the home. Our focus was showcasing the beautiful community center and the proximity of the home to those amenities.

Inspections
Roof Inspection (DJI Mini 2)
We were hired by a homeowner who noticed some small water damage inside their home and wanted to get an idea of the condition of their roof to determine if 1) the roof needed to be fixed and 2) the size of the job to determine if they needed to file an insurance claim or contact a contractor themselves. We were able to provide high-quality, detailed photos allowing them to make the best decision possible. Although we highlighted some of the most noticeable damage, the entire roof showed signs of deterioration and would likely need major repair or replacement.
